Using the service
Receptionistic helps businesses answer questions, arrange appointments, and route enquiries using an AI concierge and the information they provide. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business when you create or use its workspace. Keep account credentials secure and business information accurate.
AI replies may be incorrect or incomplete. Review important information and confirm appointments or other commitments with the business. This service is not an emergency line or a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice. For emergencies, contact local emergency services directly.
Phone activation, number availability, integrations, and service configuration must be confirmed for your deployment. Creating a workspace does not automatically provision a telephone number. Availability can be affected by maintenance, networks, and other service dependencies; no service-level guarantee is offered here.
Plans, free testing, and payment
Current USD plan prices, included minutes, overage rates, and applicable tax information appear on the investment page. Annual investment is displayed and billed as the full annual total. Monthly minute allowances renew monthly even with annual billing.
A plan enquiry is a setup request. The current website does not take a payment or create an automatically renewing paid subscription. Before a paid service is activated, its order must confirm the price, billing term, included allowances, extra usage, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refund arrangements. Do not rely on an unconfirmed phone allowance or deployment date.
The public voice sample provides up to five minutes each UTC calendar month, limited using both network IP and browser identifiers. Shared networks may share an allowance. The sample uses a fictional business and does not save appointments. Do not bypass the limits, automate calls, or misuse the sample.
Business content and caller privacy
You retain rights in the content you provide and authorise its processing as needed to supply the service. You must have the necessary authority and rights to provide business information, caller data, and any voice material. Do not upload unlawful content, impersonate others, compromise accounts, interfere with the service, or use it for deceptive or unsolicited communications.
For your callers, you are responsible for accurate privacy information, a lawful basis for processing, and any required notice or consent for AI interaction, transcription, recording, or international processing. Set a clear greeting that identifies the AI assistant and explains how callers can reach a person. Review the processing information and arrange any required data-processing agreement before sending personal data from your business.
The site does not offer a healthcare-compliance guarantee or a signed healthcare business associate agreement. Do not use it to collect regulated sensitive information unless the necessary arrangements and controls have been agreed. Public voice samples should use fictional information.

Changes, ending use, and getting help
You can stop the browser sample at any time. Workspace settings allow you to pause configured call answering. Pausing a concierge or deleting local cookies does not cancel an agreed paid order. Contact us about account closure, data deletion, or an active service order before assuming service or billing has ended.
We may restrict misuse or access that compromises the service or others’ rights. We will explain material changes to service terms or an agreed paid service through an appropriate notice. Applicable mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain unaffected; this page does not impose mandatory arbitration or waive those rights.
