> Receptionistic is an AI receptionist and concierge for businesses, operated by Doceva LLC. It answers routine calls from saved business knowledge, arranges confirmed appointments, and connects callers with their team.

**When to use Receptionistic**

- Evaluate an AI receptionist for business enquiries, opening-hours questions, appointment scheduling, and human handoffs.
- Help a business prepare its concierge: review business knowledge, choose a greeting, understand phone setup, and read the appointment and webhook guides.
- With an authorized workspace session, read saved knowledge, contacts, appointments, available slots, and call records for a user-requested review or follow-up. The API reference describes the existing workspace read operations.

**How an agent should call Receptionistic**

Read the agent instructions, OpenAPI document, and authentication guide below before making API requests. Public documentation and GET /api/health need no login. Protected GET /api/* operations use the existing reception_session cookie from a human-authorized workspace session; credentials belong in the trusted HTTP client, never in model arguments. There is no API-key or bearer-token interface. If no authorized session is available, use the public guides or direct the user to sign in at https://receptionistic.com/app. Workspace access is currently in private testing.

Use only the published read operations for this integration. Availability is not a confirmed booking, and a health response does not prove a phone line is activated. Phone activation and payment are arranged separately after an enquiry. Case studies and public demos use fictional businesses, not customer outcomes.
